Cancellation & Refund Policies
You can cancel, change or refund any course for any reason within 14 days of purchase.
All courses have a full refund deadline of 14 days from the purchase date. All subscriptions are non-refundable.
Any refund fees can be transferred to another course by contacting the Support team by emailing [email protected]
Cancellations received after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are eligible for the refund, your refund will be processed within 1-14 days and will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that some banks may take longer. If you don't receive your refund within this time frame, please give your bank a call.
We kindly ask you not to use any other way to get your refund, for example, a chargebacks. In this case, the chargeback will be processed on our part with the providing of all data, including proof of service provided on our part and the correspondence between the platform and the user.
The refund period in case of chargeback opening is up to 50 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email from our Support team within 48 hours after the first request sent.
In case of waiting for a response from the support service for more than 48 hours, the date of the subscription cancellation request will be considered the date of your actual first request.
